Welcome to ONEWORD.ONLINE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website oneword.online and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. The Service
ONEWORD.ONLINE publishes one human question every 24 hours and invites anyone in the world to answer with a single word. Answers are aggregated and shown as a public, anonymous word cloud. After 24 hours, each question is archived.
The Service is provided free of charge. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Your contributions
When you submit a word, you grant ONEWORD.ONLINE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and publish that word as part of the Service's public word clouds and archives.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes on someone else's rights. We reserve the right to filter, refuse, or remove any submission for any reason.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the Service.
- Do not use automated tools to submit answers.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, code, and original text, is owned by ONEWORD.ONLINE and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute substantial parts of the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the words you submit, but grant us the license described in section 3.
6. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense and similar services. By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed alongside content. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Word clouds and statistics shown on the Service reflect submissions made by anonymous users worldwide and should not be treated as scientific or representative data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONEWORD.ONLINE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONEWORD.ONLINE and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
